Shipping policy

Our shipping policy on NWT WELLNESS products is a very simple one; we ship all items through USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail Service. We have found this to be the most effective for both the purchaser and our company. In the event that products are shipped directly from one of our suppliers, it is the responsibility of that company to maintain an open line of communication with New Wave Therapy so that we can relate to our clients.

When we act as a sales agent for specific products and lines we assume a portion of that responsibility in order to maintain an open relationship between supplier and client.
